Leh - Ladakh
Land of High !asses

A Ladakh road trip is an unparalleled adventure, offering a chance to connect deeply with one of India's most iconic destinations. The journey from Manali to Leh takes you through breathtaking landscapes of snow-capped peaks and dramatic terrains, with each turn revealing the unique beauty of this cold desert.

Ladakh’s landmarks are equally captivating. Visit the 17th-century Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and Thiksey Monastery for a glimpse into the region's history and culture. Witness the spectacular confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, and stop by the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara to experience its spiritual and communal Langar.

Exploring the Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake is a must. These pristine locations offer serene campsites and historical significance, as these routes were once key to Indo-Chinese trade. A trip to Tso Moriri, though challenging, rewards travelers with stunning vistas and a chance to observe the region’s unique wildlife. Camping under Ladakh’s starry skies is an unforgettable experience, with Sarchu serving as a perfect stopover on the return to Manali. The best time to visit Ladakh is June to mid-September, before snow closes the roads for the season.

Ladakh’s rich Buddhist culture is reflected in its monasteries and warm, welcoming locals, making every interaction a meaningful part of the journey. Whether in summer or winter, a Ladakh road trip promises memories that last a lifetime.
